Upon incorporating a list into NightLifeTexting.com, we verify with our Client the method used to acquire the list. All Text Messages sent using NightLifeTexting.com can be tracked. The identifying information about the Client that sent the message could be found too. NightLifeTexting.com supports OPT-OUT / REMOVE / UNSUBSCRIBE through the Unsubscribe page. Instructions distributed through NightLifeTexting.com, and the ability for Clients to remove mobile numbers. NightLifeTexting.com maintains an OPT-OUT list that restricts our Clients from adding a mobile number to their list that has been previously Opted-Out. If we suspect a violation of our Anti-spam policy, we will contact the Client and discuss the Clients options, which may range from a warning, to termination of service for that Client. To the best of our knowledge, NightLifeTexting.com and our system adheres to ALL state and national laws regarding sending unsolicited bulk text messages.
